Associate in International Arbitration

To expand our INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION TEAM, we are currently seeking a
DEDICATED ASSOCIATE IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION
for a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Your role:

• Representing our clients in international arbitration (including drafting briefs, preparing for hearings, participating in arbitration proceedings, etc.)

• Ongoing legal advice for our international and national clients

• Independent analysis of (international) legal issues at the highest level

• Professional communication and coordination with clients, experts, service providers, and cooperating lawyers

• Focus on international dispute resolution, with an emphasis on International Arbitration, further involvement in litigation and pre-litigation as well as extrajudicial advice

What sets you apart:

• Completed Austrian law degree and solid command of Austrian law

• Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing

• Independent and precise working style

• A genuine enthusiasm for international work and team collaboration

• Affinity for working in an international environment and enthusiasm for teamwork

• Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail

• An international degree (LL.M.) or work experience abroad is a plus
