At Wolf Theiss, we are building our Data & AI capabilities across the full legal value chain. For this role, we are looking for someone who can help create a reliable data foundation and turn it into the basis for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
The focus is on structuring, modelling, and making legal and business information usable in a way that supports better decisions, greater transparency, and scalable solutions. This is not just about storing data. It is about building the foundation that allows data, analytics, and AI to work together in a meaningful way.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will work closely with the CDTO, business functions, legal teams, and technology partners to make data a practical asset across Wolf Theiss.
Build and further develop modern data architectures and reporting foundations within the Microsoft ecosystem, in particular Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
Model core legal and operational entities such as matters, clients, time tracking, billing, case workflows, and knowledge assets
Design and implement robust data models that support analytics, reporting, and AI applications
Develop KPI-based reporting structures for management, business functions, and practice groups
Translate business and legal requirements into scalable data structures, semantic models, and actionable reporting logic
Help ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Contribute to the establishment of governance structures, data standards, and clear ownership models
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams across multiple CEE offices
Several years of experience in data warehousing, data platforms, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar role
Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data modelling, and reporting logic
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, especially Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
Ability to translate complex business and domain logic into clean and scalable data models
Experience in building reporting structures and defining meaningful KPIs
Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and structured data management
Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in professional services or a regulated environment is an advantage
Fluency in English – German language skills are considered an asset

We offer Associates a competitive, market-aligned salary depending on qualifications and experience, with a minimum all-in salary of EUR 4,400 gross per month (full-time basis). This position is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement or statutory minimum salary requirements.
