In this role, you will support a small team of 4 lawyers, led by the General Counsel, in their day-to-day legal work with startups, investors and their legal representatives, as well as in general administrative matters. This role will be part-time (ideally 15 hours/week) and based in Vienna.

Either currently enrolled or completed a degree in Law or have some relevant work experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm, in-house legal team, investment fund or similar
Highly organized and methodical, attention to detail, with the flexibility to be able to prioritize and adjust to last minute updates or changes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
Team player who can build strong relationships (also remotely)
Able to learn and optimise new technology and tools quickly (e.g. Notion and various AI tools)
Fluent in English and German
Assist with the execution of transaction agreements, including by collecting and organizing signatures, reviewing and organizing the signing of powers of attorney, liaising with notaries and lawyers in foreign jurisdictions on specific signing requirements
Support with the preparation of ancillary documents and collecting the necessary information (e.g. in the course of regulatory approval)
Review and prepare the internal shareholder or board resolutions as well as other day to day governance documents or templates
Support with the submission of regulatory reporting information on quarterly and bi-annual basis, including in foreign jurisdictions, as well as commercial registry filings on an ad-hoc basis
Assist with ensuring accurate internal records are kept and generally assist with data management on portfolio companies and/or investors
Undertake ad hoc research tasks
Support the team on reviewing or updating legal processes and generally assist with maintenance of the team’s internal knowledge and processes database
Provide other general legal administrative support as required
