To strengthen our communications team and expand our international presence across Central Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Digital Experience Manager (m|f|x) to help shape the future of legal communications at Schoenherr.

Digital Experience Manager (m|f|x)

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement Schoenherr’s digital strategy

• Manage our digital platforms (website, social media, content distribution systems), including content updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and/or external providers

• Use analytics tools to optimise strategies and derive actionable insights

• Continuously improve website performance and user experience

• Manage and enhance our content systems, newsletter formats, and other digital assets

• Draft, edit and refine high-quality content for website, social media and digital publications

• Ensure a consistent tone of voice and brand alignment across all digital channels

• Project management for firm-wide communication projects

• Monitor market trends and evaluate innovative technologies

• Act as a sparring partner for internal departments on all digital matters

• Provide tailored training sessions to colleagues across the firm

What You Bring

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3 - 4 years of proven experience managing digital platforms and developing customer focused strategies (ideally in a digital agency service-oriented environment)

• Expertise in SEO/SEA and analytics tools; experience with UX design, emerging AI solutions, CMS/CRM systems and automation tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with GDPR and compliance best practices for digital platforms

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
