To strengthen our communications team and expand our international presence across Central Eastern Europe, we are looking for a full-time (Junior) PR Manager (m/f/x) to dive into the world of legal communications. We are looking for a junior to mid-level communications all-rounder with a strong focus on external communication and media relations, who brings a hands-on, can-do mentality to the table.
As a (Junior) PR Manager, you will spotlight the firm’s legal expertise and its people, proactively contributing to our positioning as a leading legal adviser in Central Eastern Europe.
Drive the visibility of the firm and our lawyers through PR initiatives (prepare and coordinate press releases and thought-leadership materials; arrange expert commentaries, interviews, and more).
Manage operational tasks while also developing and executing projects connected to key market trends, regulatory developments, and cross-border topics in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Connect our expert teams with key national and international media and, together with our corporate communications team, develop new strategies and ideas to elevate the firm’s communication activities.
Work within an international team based in Vienna and across Central Eastern Europe.
2–4 years of PR/Corporate Communications experience (ideally in an agency, corporate communications department, or international professional services environment).
A proactive, strategic mindset paired with strong hands-on execution.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to translate complex legal and economic topics into clear and engaging content.
A strong understanding of legal and financial markets as well as regulatory environments from a media perspective.
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a strong asset.

The gross salary per month amounts to a minimum of € 3.400- (basis full-time), with a clear commitment to paying more in line with your professional experience and qualifications.
