To strengthen our communications team and expand our international presence across Central Eastern Europe, we are looking for a full-time (Junior) PR Manager (m/f/x) to dive into the world of legal communications. We are looking for a junior to mid-level communications all-rounder with a strong focus on external communication and media relations, who brings a hands-on, can-do mentality to the table.

What You Will Do

• As a (Junior) PR Manager, you will spotlight the firm’s legal expertise and its people, proactively contributing to our positioning as a leading legal adviser in Central Eastern Europe.

• Drive the visibility of the firm and our lawyers through PR initiatives (prepare and coordinate press releases and thought-leadership materials; arrange expert commentaries, interviews, and more).

• Manage operational tasks while also developing and executing projects connected to key market trends, regulatory developments, and cross-border topics in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Connect our expert teams with key national and international media and, together with our corporate communications team, develop new strategies and ideas to elevate the firm’s communication activities.

• Work within an international team based in Vienna and across Central Eastern Europe.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of PR/Corporate Communications experience (ideally in an agency, corporate communications department, or international professional services environment).

• A proactive, strategic mindset paired with strong hands-on execution.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• The ability to translate complex legal and economic topics into clear and engaging content.

• A strong understanding of legal and financial markets as well as regulatory environments from a media perspective.

• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.

• Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a strong asset.

• The gross salary per month amounts to a minimum of € 3.400- (basis full-time), with a clear commitment to paying more in line with your professional experience and qualifications.
