End-to-end event management: plan, coordinate and deliver a variety of events (in-person and virtual) and meetings (internal and external) from start to finish.
Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders, attendees and suppliers. Negotiate with suppliers and manage event budgets efficiently.
Create and manage all event communication and participation using our e-marketing and CRM systems.
Provide hands-on support before, during and after events, including taking responsibility for logistics, marketing materials, set-up and troubleshooting.
Ensure events meet our high standards, align with the WT brand values and are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay informed about emerging trends and innovative event formats. Continuously seek ways to enhance the attendee experience and improve event processes.
Together with our Content Team, ensure the smooth execution of podcast recordings - from scheduling and speaker prep to ensuring a seamless, high-quality production experience.
Proven experience in event management, ideally within a professional services or international environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality events.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work additional hours as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and Canva; knowledge of InterAction and Concep (or other e-marketing tools) an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

We offer a gross salary of EUR 3,000 (based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
