We are looking for a full time:
Job Profile
Specialization in banking & finance transactions with focus on project finance and/or structured finance;
Specialization in financial market regulation and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding technology-driven financial innovations;
Working in an international environment with a focus on advising regulated entities;
Advising on and executing transactions, including financings and financial restructurings;
Collaboration with experienced lawyers in coordinating cross-border projects and transactions.
Who we’re looking for
Qualified associate/lawyer in any EU jurisdiction (English (or other common law) qualification helpful/preferred but not needed, ideally registered in Austria but not essential);
1–5 years' experience in banking & finance transactions, ideally with focus on project finance and/or structured finance;
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset, good management skills;
Fluent English speaker (written and spoken), native-level proficiency essential;
Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus.
